Arrival and departure
Our regular check-in time and check-out times are 2:00pm and 10:00am respectively.
If your planned arrival time is outside normal office hours, just let us know. We have a secure key access system and instructions will be forwarded to you well before your scheduled stay.
Reception hours
You can find the reception open between the hours of 7:30am and 8:30pm.
After hours number is available incase of an emergency.
Deposit and cancellation policy
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the booked date incur no charges. Cancellations thereafter will result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged.
